If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Refunds
BOI Report Submission: After your BOI report submission is received, we will process with FinCEN on your behalf and charge your card if you elect for us to do so. There are no refunds allowed for successful submissions, or submissions that fail due to incorrectly submitted data.
Tax Extension Submission: After your tax extension submission is received, we will process with the IRS on your behalf and charge your card if you elect for us to do so. There are no refunds allowed for successfully submitted tax extensions, or submissions that fail due to incorrectly submitted data.
DFY Tax Return Preparation: A non-refundable processing fee of 20% will be deducted from all DFY refunds to cover the costs incurred during the original transaction. Once your tax return has been fully prepared by one of our tax professionals, we are unable to provide any refunds on the work created.
One-Time DIY Tax Return purchases may be eligible for a refund if a request is made within two (2) days of the purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this two-day period will not be honored.
FileSmart and IRS Shield Memberships: Subscription fees are non-refundable; however, customers may request a refund for a renewed subscription by contacting us within two (2) calendar days after the renewal date to receive a full refund of the most recent subscription fee.
